Apostle Levell Thomas has been used by the Lord in many facets throughout his life. He is the Founder of a vibrant, growing church called Oasis of Praise International Ministries, located in Portland, Oregon.
He is the Overseer of A.I.I.M. (Acts Inspired International Ministries) Fellowship, which exists to provide apostolic covering and empowerment for like-minded pastors of diverse backgrounds, inspired by the Spirit to be in covenant.
Apostle Thomas serves as the President of the Coalition of African & African American Pastors/Imams (CAAAP) with the mission to improve the quality of life within the local community by establishing meaningful social, cultural, and economic paradigms of equitable participation.
Apostle Thomas serves as one of the provincial ministry leads for the Global United Fellowship founded by Bishop Neil Ellis with Bishop Joel R. Peebles, Sr. serving as Presider. His leadership is focused within the North Pacific Province, under the leadership of the Provincial Bishop C.T. Wells, covering six states.
Apostle Thomas is the President and CEO of Bridge-Pamoja, a local nonprofit organization with a mission to close the relational divide between the African diaspora and the Africa community by working together to build a bridge through educating and empowering one another for a stronger community.
He is also the Founder and CEO of REAP Inc, a local non-profit organization. REAP is a year- round multicultural youth leadership program in schools that ignites, elevates and engages. ALL students to be global leaders through civic engagement, entrepreneurship and cooperative management (conflict resolution).
As a leader and Ambassador of Christ, Apostle Thomas bears an apostolic mandate to repair the breach, build bridges and birth people into their identity, divine purpose and calling. He is an anointed Oracle of God with a Rhema word for today. The Lord has used him to establish churches worldwide and minister in conferences, crusades, revivals and church services.
This work has taken him all over the United States, Mexico, Canada, Haiti and various countries throughout Africa. Levell has been ministering for over 30 years and he is married to the beautiful Minister Sengu Thomas.
